چکیده

Phase interrogation surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging is, in principle, suitable multiple samples and high-throughput detection, but the refractive index difference of various can be largely varied, while dynamic range phase SPR is narrow. So it difficult to perform multi-sample detection mode. In this paper, we successfully designed a multi-channel sensing scheme based on common optical interference path between p- s-polarized light without using any mechanical moving components. The fixed introduced by birefringence crystal produce sinusoidal spectral fringes. We adopted time-division-multiplexing peak-finding algorithm track wavelength so that cover every channel. values which carry high sensitivity signal corresponding are calculated iterative parameter scanning cross-correlation algorithm.

Differential surface plasmon resonance imaging for high-throughput bioanalyses.

A new imaging technique for high-throughput surface plasmon resonance (SPR) measurements is described. It is the application of a CCD camera for simultaneous processing of two images at two different wavelengths provided by two laser diodes. The two lasers are brought to resonance by tuning of the angle of incidence so that the detection power and the dynamic range are optimized for the wavelen...

High-resolution angular measurement using surface-plasmon-resonance via phase interrogation at optimal incident wavelengths.

It is demonstrated that ultrahigh-resolution angular measurement can be achieved via surface-plasmon-resonance excitation in which the phase difference between p- and s-polarized reflected waves is monitored as a function of the incidence angle. Resolutions down to 1.9 x 10(-6) deg are obtained by performing the measurements at optimal incident wavelengths. This represents an order of magnitude...

Fabrication and Characterization of the Fiber Optical Taper for a Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor

For a fiber optical surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor a short part of its cladding should be removed to coat a thin layer of a metal. Usually this is problematic when an optical fiber with small core diameter is used. In this paper, a new method using µliter droplet of the HF acid for short fiber optical taper fabrication is reported. Using this method in a multi-mode optical fiber w...

Imaging surface plasmon resonance

The central theme of this thesis is the use of imaging Surface Plasmon Resonance (iSPR) as a tool in the characterization of surfaces with laterally varying properties. Within the scope of this work, an instrument for iSPR analysis was designed and built. SPR is a very sensitive technique for monitoring changes in optical properties in the immediate vicinity of a sensor surface, which is very u...

Multi-Channel Hyperspectral Fluorescence Detection Excited by Coupled Plasmon-Waveguide Resonance

We propose in this paper a biosensor scheme based on coupled plasmon-waveguide resonance (CPWR) excited fluorescence spectroscopy. A symmetrical structure that offers higher surface electric field strengths, longer surface propagation lengths and depths is developed to support guided waveguide modes for the efficient excitation of fluorescence. The optimal parameters for the sensor films are th...
